A common question we receive is what is the difference between being an Exclusive driver and a Favorite driver. Below you will find the explanation for both!
What is an Exclusive Driver?
An Exclusive driver is only working for the contractor that he/she is exclusive too. When you are an exclusive driver for a contractor, you will only see jobs from this contractor, any public jobs will not be available to you.
In the case the contractor you are exclusive to does not have any job available, they do have the ability to release you for a time period, in which you are able to accept public jobs.
How do I become an Exclusive Driver?
The contractor is the contact for making you an exclusive driver. If you wish to become an exclusive to a particular contractor, you can request this directly with the contractor. If approved, we will update our system to show you are an exclusive to that particular contractor. (Please note: public jobs will not longer be available to you once designated as a exclusive driver unless released by the contractor)
What is a Favorite Driver?
A contractor can label you as a favorite driver. For example, John Doe did a great job, I want to favorite him for future jobs. The favorite label allows the contractor to send jobs to you first, with an hour window for you to accept before the job going to the general public. (Please note: this does NOT exclude you from taking public jobs).
How do I become a Favorite Driver?
A contractor has to add you to the favorite list. You can always speak to the contractor to request being listed as a favorited driver!
